Charged twice

I was charged with Spotify premium twice this month first one being on March 9th which I was aware of. A week later I decided to cancel my subscription which ends in the beginning of April. But Spotify charged me another time on the 27th this month, which makes no sense since it hasn't even been a month since my last payment and I cancelled premium. I just want my money back really

Hey @Josuec09,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
