I’ve been charged twice. But never do I get back to upgrade. Why is that?

Thanks for posting - we’re here to help!        

 

We charge each Premium user only once per month since the subscription plans are based on a monthly price. 

 

If you notice multiple Spotify payments occurring in the same month, make sure you have a look at the steps described here.
