Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

If you receive a charge after the cancellation it's possible that you may have an additional account subscribed to Premium as well. So in this case, we'd first recommend looking for the other account by trying different credentials as mentioned in this article to cancel it.

 

In case you couldn't find it, since we cannot access users’ accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our internal support directly so they can look for the account and help you further.
