I'm sorry but you cannot use a "pay as you go" payment method like Smart for this offer.

You can only use a recurring payment method such as a Credit/Debit Card or a PayPal Account.

That should have been made clear in the ad. Can I still change my mode of payment to debit card so I can take advantage of the said promo?

I was also charged php129 but the promo was 9php. The promo said that its for new subscreption and its my firts time ever to subscribe.

Hello @Mart100196, as I told @Fab16 before, it's not possible to use a pay as you go payment method to get this offer.

You can only use a Credit/Debit Card or a Verified Paypal Account.
