Thanks for reaching out.

Please note that the code you've received is different from a gift card code (that's why you can't activate it at www.spotify.com/redeem) and it enables you to start a 2-, 3- or 4-month Premium Individual trial. Once the trial expires, you'll be charged the regular price for this subscription type.

To take advantage of this offer, simply follow the link in the SMS or the push notification you've received.

the hotstar and the voucher expiry date shows 31 december 2024.

Welcome to the thread and thanks for sharing the screenshot!

According to the error message when trying to redeem the offer, you're not eligible for it and it's most probably because you've already had Premium on your account before. In this case you could redeem the code on another account if you'd like and for the account you're logged in to, you can check out the other available Premium plans directly from our webpage.
