Peace be upon you, I have an issue. Please contact me to resolve this issue. I used a request application to retrieve some of the codes for Spotify. When I got the codes, I added them to the site to take the Premium subscription, but there was a problem and he could not replace these codes, and now I need a solution to this problem.

We noticed that your username looked a lot like a Spotify username. As it's best to keep those private, we changed it on our end so that you can be on the safe side. In case you wish to change it to something else, you can do so from your Community profile page.
As for the issue you've been experiencing - it looks to me like you're trying to redeem gift card codes for Premium time. Let me know if my assumption is wrong and we'll gladly have a second look into this, but if I'm right, here's a few key points to keep in mind when redeeming gift card codes for Spotify:

I don't understand why Spotify would not be happy to use a gift card to redeem against a Premium Duo account. I bought a gift card as I recently signed up in Australia with a Duo account and would prefer to use a gift card than use a credit card. Only to find out when I go to redeem it won't let me. It would appear that I have unnecessarily purchased a gift card that I can't use. Of course, I can gift it to someone else but that wasn't exactly my intent for the moment. So, that's a bit disappointing.
