Ive just signed up with family. Ive been emailed 2 codes for son and daughter. How do they put the codes in on their mobile phones

To allow them to use the invite link, you can forward the email to their email. Or you can copy and paste the URL (steps vary depending on the device you are using) and send it to them, you could do this via a text message for example.
