Como fazer para cancelar uma mudança de plano?

A pouco assinei o plano família, no entanto, não é possível que eu utilize junto a minha família, moramos em lugares diferentes. O que fazer para desativar esse plano e retornar ao anterior? Que é o plano para estudante.
