I would like to unsubscribe my 6 months premium on spotify, however my billing is through Singtel. I cant seem to find the 'Cancel' or 'Unsubscribe' button. Do i need to contact Singtel to unsubscribe. Please help.

Just as you said, third party subscription can't be cancelled from the Spotify website. You'll need to reach out to your service provider to help you process the cancellation.

But i’ve contacted the spotify chat and they said that have cancelled it for me.

It sounds like you purchased 6 months of Premium as a one-time payment through Singtel. You can learn more about this here

 

Your subscription should come to an end after 6 months. If you'd like to revert back to Free early, we'd recommend reaching out to our @SpotifyCares team on Twitter. As Singtel are managing your subscription, you'll need to reach out to them if you have any other questions. 

 

They should be able to help! Let us know how you get on.
