how to combine personal accounts to make one family account

I have my own premium account. My son has a student account. My husband would like to have an account. How do we do this with out my son and I loosing the music we have saved?

I had to change the crdit card I use for my spotify account but, now it wont accept any of my cards to pay for premioum. I've tried 3 different cards on multiple devices and it still isn't working!!!!!!!
