[Connect] Porque me cobran el App si era Gratis

Señores de Spotify, porque me cobran de mi tarjeta de Débito el Monto de S /. 18.90 Soles, cuando yo nunca me eh afiliado a ninguna cuenta Premiun si el App es completamente Gratis y quiero que en estos momentos me realicen el Extorno de mi Dinero a mi cuenta de Ahorros.
