Correction on subscription end date

i just purchased two 6 month cards from SAMS yesterday, i typed in both pin numbers, when i checked the period of my subscription, it stated that it was only good till April 2020.  if my calculations are correct, should it be good till October 2020?

Hi @Mlenriquez!

It sounds like potentially one of the cards hasn't applied, could you head to 'Your Overview' - then receipts and then seeing if there is two from the date when you applied the cards listed on your acocunt?

here is what i found out

Thanks for waiting! It shows here that the first gift card you redeemed is
now in effect that's why it shows your renewal as April 2020. It also shows
here that the other gift card is on queue. This means that after the
current gift card expires, the other gift card would take effect

It seems like only one of the 6 month codes was activated since April is 6 months from now. Could you try inputting both card numbers again?

The second card will kick in when the first 6 months expire
