Country Confusion

Hey guys, I am from New Zealand, but currently working in Italy with a bank account registered in the UK.. My premium missed a payment and I am trying upgrade again but I am unable to select the UK as my billing country (Italy is my only option) and it therefore will not accept my debit card as the card and billing address do not match. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot

Hey @elliot9,

 

Your payment card country must match your country in profile, and the country of your IP address, so you have two options:

 

1) Change your country in profile to Italy, and use an Italian payment method.

2) Use a VPN to get an UK IP address. That way, you'll be able to use your current card.
