Credit Card Payment Problem

Hello,

Im using Spotify premium but my credit card was blocked for a few days because of a suspicious transaction on a random website. During those days my monthly spotify payment got declined.

It turned out that I did that suspicious transaction so eventually my bank unblocked my credit card. So I want to continue paying with this card but when I enter this card's details again it says something went wrong. But the card works perfectly again.

Could you please help? I do not have any other card so cant update with different credit card details.

In this case your account is blocked. You should try contacting SpotifyCares through either of these:

  • Through this link.
  • Through Facebook: SpotifyCares
  • Or lastly through Twitter @SpotifyCares

Tell them what's going on and your username and they'll solve it! 🙂

They bloqued your account because the problem with the credit card, You
need to enter the chat to contact them and ask them to unblock the account
and the credit card. It is the only way.
