CREDIT CARD CHRGED WHEN ON FREE SUB

I am so frustrated with spotify. I got the premium account three months ago and it never worked I look at my credit card and there was only one .99 cent charge so I didn't bother dealing with it. Now I've been charge 9.99 and my account won't let me download anything. I want the 9.99 returned and I'm deleting the app. It's a scam!

Hello Spotify, I also has same problems like this person. I would like to get $9.99 credit back to my credit card since I didn't know how to use it to download the musics and never used this features either.
