My Question or Issue

you've been charging me double evEry month since last year. i quit 3 months ago and you still charging me.. twice every month!! What on earth is wrong with u??!!!!

 

i need my full refund ASAP!!

Thanks for your reply but it doesnt help. as far as i'm concerned, i have no two accounts, never requested to have to accounts, no issue of late payment or whatsoever.

 

the problem is, if i have two accounts, why both charges go to the same credit card? i would be stupid to open two accounts and charge both accounts to the same credit card
