Otrzymałam darmowy kod do Spotify Premium na 3 miesiące dostępu za darmo od Mediaexpert. Po wpisaniu kodu i podaniu numeru karty, Spotify pobrało mi 3zł. Dlaczego?

This seems to be a temporary authorization charge to see if the payment method is valid and can be used for recurring transactions, so don't worry: the funds should be returned in the upcoming days. More info here.

A co w sytuacji gdy chcę skorzystać TYLKO z promocyjnego, trzymiesięcznego kodu promocyjnego bez podawania danych karty kredytowej (której nie mam) i w PayPal też nie mam dopisanej karty kredytowej. Jak w takiej sytuacji mogę wykorzystać kupon na trzymiesięczną subskrypcję?

Unfortunately, this offer needs a valid payment method to confirm "the acceptance of the Promotional Offer" as mentioned in the terms and conditions of the promo. If you don't have a valid payment method, you'll not be able to use the code for this offer.

It's worth double-checking if you're entering the correct characters. E.g. a zero looks like a capital ‘O’, or a capital ‘I’ looks like a one. If you've received the code via email and copying and pasting it doesn't work, you can try typing it in manually.
If you're still having issues redeeming the code here afterwards, then you can reach out to Media Expert so that they can make sure the code is valid.
