Debit Card

Last Feb. 9,2019 , i registered for a free trial on Spotify using a Debit Card. I was immediately charged the amount of $4.99usd.  I didn't really mind since that's how debit cards work. They charge you right away. I was also expecting that my advance payment would somehow be carried over the next month. 

Today, I received an email that my premium account is suspended. Kindly look into this matter.

Can you please describe, add a screenshot or quotes the mail you got ?

It'll help getting to know this issue and solve it quicker.
