My Question or Issue

 As i mentioned on the subject. My family and i are trying to subscribe family premium plan. However, we have tried with our debit and credit cards to make payment, which turned out to be payment failed for every single time. The error message is "payment failed, please try again, or try different other methods." But for my country, we can only use cards to make payment, which no other payment choices are applicable for us. 

 

We'd like any of your assistance please. Thanks.

Could you try submitting your payment using another browser? Please do use another internet connection, if possible.

I have tried with phone browser, phone spotify apps, laptop google chrome. I even tried with vpn and incognito. All didnt work. 

 

Is there any problem with spotify itself?
