I paid for the premium subscription but it is not showing on any device, ie: online or on my phone

Hello!

 

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'm sure we can figure out what happened here.

 

It's possible you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info on how to find the login details for this account. To check whether your subscription was activated for this account, go to your subscription page here.
