se me realizó un pago en mercado pago que no quise sobre un plan gratuito que se supone que era gratis

Keep in mind that the trial offer is valid just for users who haven't had Premium before. So, if you've applied for this offer before, your account will be not eligible and the subscription will change the payment method you registered.

However, since we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further. 

If anything else comes up, don't hesitate to ask.
