My Question or Issue

I'm trying to to get the free 1 month premium but my card isn't working (i already tried free trials on other websites when i got the error and it worked fine)

When the system is not registering the card to apply for the offer, it’s possible that it doesn’t meet all the requirements for the transaction to be completed. First, we’d recommend taking a look at this article to check if you’ve already covered all basic scenarios.  

If so and the issue persists, we’d suggest trying it on a different device, from an incognito/private window or even from a different WiFi network to see if it makes any difference.
