I payed the 0,01 cents two times to go to premium and get an error message

I payed the 0,01 cents two times to go to premium and get an error message

Hello, i just clicked to join the premium subscription. It went through with the bank payment (ING via iDeal) but when I get back to the Spotify page it says payment failed. I troed again but now I just payed the 0,01 two times. I did get a payment receipt in the mail but my subscription did not change. How can I activate the premium account ?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

If you're trying to get a free trial, keep in mind that users who've had Premium in the past are not eligible for these offers. If that's your case, this could be the reason why you're seeing an error message when trying to subscribe to the offer.

 

If not, you can try reaching out to our Support team here. They can take a look at your account/payments and provide further help if possible.
