Didn't confirm my ZIP code and now can't get my Family Premium Account back

Hi,

Some weeks ago I was asked to confirm my ZIP code in order to continue with my premium access. The problem is that I was not having access to the e-mail I used to create my Spotify account. As I didn't confim my ZIP code I was removed from my family plan. I already changed the e-mail and my brother sent me the invitation again, but once I put my adress (which is my brother's adress too) it says I have the wrong adress. My brother already tried to see if there is something wrong with the adress, but we can't find anything. 

 

Can anybody help me?
