My Question or Issue

I never subscribed to Spotify. But I just got billed this morning on my credit card so clearly they "gave" me a free offer which just rolled into an account. I cannot cancel or even fill out the form because I do not have an account. How do I cancel this service?? I did not signup for it and have never used it. Infuriating and a ripoff. I had to signup with an account to even post this question but it isn't attached to my credit card so I can't cancel. Help!!!

Here's the thing.... they keep asking me for the account I used to signup for the service. I did not signup for an account. I created one today just to gain access to help! I cannot cancel an account I didn't signup for. And there is no way to talk to anyone are ask for help!!
