Disconnected Facebook and Lost Email

My Question or Issue

I am asking this question from a temporary free account, because I can not access my old premium account. My old account, which I still pay for and want to recover, was created using my Facebook profile. I deactivated the profile some time ago and also no longer have access to the email that was linked to that Facebook profile. I am still able to stay logged in to my premium account on my old devices, but am unable to log in on my new devices. I need to know if I can link my premium account to another email or recover it somehow.

If you don’t have access to the email associated with your Spotify account, I would recommend getting in touch with Customer Support using this anonymous contact form. They’ll take a look and do their best to update the email address linked to your Spotify account.

Make sure that you are logged out of any Spotify account in your browser when using the anonymous contact form, so that the username and custom email fields will show up; that way, you can enter the information for the account that you’re having trouble with.
