Discount Family Subscriptions!

Hi, we have Family Premium on my account. My wife uses the Family Sub as a member. Now I want to add my Son as well but that does not work. Maybe because he was in the family sub but got thrown out? He wasnt using it in the past. 

But now I cannot add him anymore. Spotify always says "you cannot join this family subscription". I checked the FAQ and check the help pages, nothing of the recommendations help. I removed the invitation and tried to add again multiple times - nothing. I even tried different writing styles of my address. Still nothing... actuallay: where can I check how my Address looks like in Spotify? I have special characters in my street name.

What now? Where can I get help?

Could you try sending another invite using a different email address? If that still doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
