Do not remember my account information

Hello, I have recently broke my phone. While in the process of connecting my iCloud, I could not remember my password. Thus having to make me a new Apple Cloud. I lost my contacts, etc. I have Spotify premium and I wanted to access my account that I pay monthly for ($11.99) however I do not remember my account email account or password. Is there any way you are able to help me deactivate my visa card on that account into the account I use now?

Hi, that did not work because I wasn’t able to get any data from my other phone. Is there any way I could give you a transaction ID number from recent charges and you could take off my card that way? I just got charged 11.99 twice, and I want to make sure I disable my card on my other account. 

my username on the other account is <removed sensitive info> it requires an email because someone else has the same username.  I remember that, but I do not remember the email address associated with it. If it doesn’t work, then I’ll just deactivate my credit card.

I've gone ahead and checked the username you provided, and it doesn't seem to be associated with any Spotify account, so that's most likely just your display name, which cannot be used for logging into Spotify.
