Duo doesn’t work

My profile is originally from Brazil but I have moved to Canada with my husband. He made a duo account but Spotify doesn’t let me join his account. It says that I’m not in the same country but we’re sharing the same roof everyday. I don’t know how to fix it.

My first suggestion is that you click on the link bellow, then "Saved payment cards", and add a Canadian card (even though you're not paying for the plan).
