Active plan el 15 de agosto y ese mismo día hice upgrade a plan familiar. Me debían cobrar hoy la diferencia de la tarifa y me la cobraron completa. Cómo solicito el reembolso del excedente.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

Keep in mind that the official language used in the Community is English; the replies will be posted in this language. We appreciate your understanding.

 

When you subscribe to Premium (individual) and change it to a Family plan, all the features get updated immediately, but the system will not make a partial or full charge at that moment.

 

After this Premium time expires, the new charge will be for the complete amount of the Family plan as it starts a new billing period with the current subscription.

 

However, if you want more info about it, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support so they can check your account and help you further with any compensation (if needed).
