After reading alll the comments left about this subject. I noticed that I too have been double billed. On may 1st and again on may 9th. I refuse to go thru all the hoopla that was done to other customers on spotify. Therefore, I will be at my bank on may 16th, 2017, report fraud, simply because you have doulbe billed me ,And further more, canceling this spotify app. The complains are Outrageous. The communication is ridiculous and your stealing unauthorized transactions. You have 24hr to refund all monies. And I'm reporting you to the BBD.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

i opened a premium account2 weeks ago but my spotify still give me advertising .

Futhemore i would love to get the students discount, because i am student.
