Double charged for OVER TWO YEARS

Double charged for OVER TWO YEARS

I just realized that Spotify has been double charging me twice a month since probably mid-2017 (I have checked back to Jan 1 2018 and it's been happening ever since). The payments go by Paypal and always with just a few days difference so I never noticed. I understand that several other people have this issue which is truly disturbing. What can I do now to get my money back and stop thins nonsense happening?

Glad to have you on the Community. We're happy to shed some light on the situation!

 

It's technically not possible to have two subscriptions at once with just one account, so it's likely that there is another account out there, which you might have forgotten about or which is registered to a family member or friend. 

 

We'd recommend to check out this page and follow the steps under Do you have more than one account? In case you can't access the second Premium account, you'll also find a link there to get in touch with our support staff, who will help you track down the account and end the subscription for you.
