I’m being double charged for my Spotify account (being charged every 2 weeks)

Hi @Mollyswan, thanks for reaching out.

 

My first suggestion is that you check your receipts and details of your payments on your account page.

 

Changed plans?

If you upgrade to a different plan (e.g. Premium Duo), your first payment for the new plan is a few days earlier than normal to make up for the new, higher monthly cost. After that, you continue to pay once each month on (or near) the day of the first payment.

 

Is the charge pending?

Check the status of the payments on your bank statement.

If the payment shows as pending or processing, this is a temporary authorization charge made by your payment provider.

If a regular payment fails, we will try to take it again later. You may see both the failed payment and the payment that went through on your bank statement - but only one has actually been taken.

 

Paying for multiple accounts?

You may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account.

Try logging in with any details you might have used to create an account.

 

Note: There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google.

 

Try logging in with these to find your account.

 

Also, check your family or friends haven’t used your payment info. If they have, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

None of this is applicable .. I’m being double charged. Please can I speak to someone about a refund?

So when you check your receipts, do you see both charges listed in the same month?

Bom dia. Gostaria de saber o porque estou pagando em duplicidade a minha conta do Spotify. Pois faço o pagamento no cartão de crédito e também é debitado na minha conta bancária.  Luiz Carlos Teixeira.
