Double payment

Double payment

My payment is schedule to come out on the 7th every month. Yet another payment was taken out today. What do I have to do in order to get duplicate payment erased?

I am having the same problem I have been charged every month on the 3rd and again on the 12, 13, 14th of every month. I am very confused because when I look at my payment page it tells me you guys are only charging me once. I am a single teacher and cannot affod for you to take an extra 10 dollars out every month! Do I have another account I do not know about? Who can I get in contact with in order to fix this problem??? Not okay and very frustrated by this.
