My Question or Issue

I was charged for my premium account on 17th June, payment was slightly delayed but only by two weeks while waiting for my pay check. There is now a second charge on my account for £9.99 under Spotify p1049EE248. Does anyone know what this means? I can’t afford to be charged twice as I am a student on limited funds. Any ideas would be helpful.

We charge each Premium plan once per month. However, sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have two or more Premium accounts. 

 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts.

 

If you find another Premium account, follow these steps to cancel. In case you can’t access the account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
