I have a premium family account. A month or two ago I needed to change my credit card information and the only way I could figure out how to do it was to delete my account and sign back up with the new credit card. But I am still being charged on the old card as well as my new card, so I am paying my monthly fee twice. How do I get the charges to stop on my old card.

The only account that came up was the one through my email with my new card. No account through Facebook and neither of my other emails came up as being connected with an account. What is my next step?
