Downloaded Music without Internet

Hello!  I have a question, I don't know if you too have the same trouble like me,well my trouble is that a few days ago I've been having problems with the app about that I can't listen my downloaded music without internet, what's the problem with that? my acount it's well with the payment, ok the problem isn't that, I can listen music without network but in shuffle mode only, I can't choose the music that I want to play, just appears one bottom that says Added and only that!! if the app still have the same mode in the coming days I have to cancel my subscription, it's not good to pay for a bad service!!

For Spotify to play in Offline Mode, you'll need to head to the app Settings > Playback, and turn on the Offline option.
