My Question or Issue

I signed up for Duo but when my partner tries to connect his account, he gets an error message that we need to live at the same address to use Duo. We do live at the same address and can prove this with residency registration documentation. However, we used to live in two different countries. Is this set up somewhere and how do I change it?
