My Question or Issue

I have a problem for the payment method

it bring me to mobile payment not the card

Thanks for getting back to me.

I'd recommend trying this with a different network and a different device. If the issue persists, Let me know if you can go to this and try again.

Hey @syaker, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Does this happen when you get Premium Duo on a different browser or private window? If not, send me a screenshot of what you're seeing and I'll take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

this one should be for mobile payment...

 

and then this one https://www.spotify.com/my-en/purchase/offer/duo/?country=MY

should be for the card payment but i only see this one 

 

and then I found 1 more problem.. the paypal method also not working
the paypal method will bring u to a normal card payment method

With your link it works...
I just need to change the country from PH to MY

I think the malaysia website maybe wrong link
