Duo account - same address is not matching

Duo account - same address is not matching

I'm linking a new duo account to a family member in the same location (Belgium), typing exactly the same address, but Spotify keeps on saying that it seems to be from a different address/country. Extremely annoying, no idea how to proceed now.

I recommend making sure that both accounts have the same country setting, otherwise, it won't work. 🙂 You can check it at https://spotify.com/account.
