Beste lezers

 Samen met mijn zoon heb ik een duo account. Nu heeft hij een nieuwe telefoon en de spotify app erop gezet. Hij kan echter alleen in mijn account komen. Iemand een idee ??

The Duo plan is a subscription for 2 people that live together. However, each user has their own account with unique credentials. First, we'd recommend that your son log out and back in following the steps in this article.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that their own Premium account has different credentials to log in to. Since an account could be created with a Facebook profile, a Google/Apple account, or a phone number, we'd also suggest trying out these other methods to see if the issue persists.

 

In case that the account doesn't show the Premium features after this, as we cannot access users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
