Hi i purchased Duo ...

Sent link to my husbands messenger several times but its not working his end ??? Any ideas please

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

 

The Duo subscription is a discounted plan for 2 users living at the same address. If your husband's account is registered in the same country, if he currently is not part of another Premium plan and if he hasn't reached the limit of 2 group subscriptions per year, he should have no issues joining your Duo plan.

 

First, we'd recommend that your husband confirms the previous information by checking his account page. If everything looks fine and the issue persists, we'd also recommend accepting the invite using an incognito window, a different device or a different network to see if it makes any difference.

 

Lastly, if the issue is still persistent, since it could be account-related and we don't have access to user's accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check both accounts and help you further.
