I’ve been locked out of my partners duo account, I don’t know why. Now I can’t do anything to resolve it - what’s are my options?

Can you let me know what happens when you try to log in? Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing - make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community? You can also try following these steps.
