I payed for this few days ago but the second person has still commercial advertisements there:-( You know why, can I change it?

Hey @Daniel2525, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you make sure they’re on your plan by visiting your Account page? If you do not find the other member listed on your Account, then you will need to send another invite to his email follow the steps in that link. 

 

If he is added as a member and he is experiencing advertisements, can you let me know if it’s while listening to music or podcasts? You can also send me a screenshot of any ads that is being shown, making sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
