Duo membership

Duo membership

On the 13th of november I registered for a duo membership. I paid and my husband is the second member. I can see that the payment is gone through, so I know the payment went right. 
But now I still have advertisements on my Spotify. 

 

Could you help me to get rid of the advertisements?

I’m sorry to hear that. Can you let me know where you’re seeing these advertisements? If it’s when you’re listening to songs, can you try logging out > restart device > logging back in?
