Welcome to the Spotify Community! I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

Could you let us know the exact error message you're seeing so we can have a closer look? If it says that your address doesn't match, make sure you're entering the exact same address as that of the plan manager. They can copy it from their Duo page. I'd also recommend double-checking if your country settings match.

 

In case it's a technical issue, ask the plan manager to send you a new invite link and open it in an incognito window, or with another browser/device. It's also worth checking if switching to a different Wi-Fi network / mobile data does the trick.
