Duo plan

Last month I received an email to upgrade from individual to duo plan but was getting error on the page where I put the address. Then next billing came and my plan was changed to duo but my partner still get ads on his account. I was billed again today but he said he is still getting ads. How do I fix this?

Hey there @anj_pb, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I’m sorry to hear that. Can you let me know where he’s getting those ads? You can also send me a screenshot of what he’s seeing making sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

 

Also, make sure that he is a listed member on your account page. If he’s not, you can send him an invite following these steps.
