I want to email Spotify because I am being charged ewen if we have family account.

How can I do that?

There is a troubleshooting support page located here for Payment issues. If it doesn't resolve your questions, you have the option to continue on to a live chat with Spotify.

nothing about how to not I can fiks my problem.

Hi again! Sorry to hear that.
I recommend you walk through these additional steps then. You should get to a blue button that says "I still need help" and from there you can continue on to a live chat session.

Besides what @Bethany_Dawn said above, you might as well check if you have a second account in Spotify.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
