When I try to get premium it just says Enter a valid address after double checking it over and over again

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We're sorry that you've been having issues with subscribing to Spotify. Let's take a closer look into this.


To start with, can you make sure that the country on your account match the country of the street you're trying to enter? You can check that on your account page.


If it does, it's a good idea to try in an incognito/private window to see if it makes any difference.


Lastly, we'd recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi network. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

I tried all variations of my address W/West, Rd/Road to no avail. Also tried incognito. Also tried 5G/WiFi. Tried a separate browser.


Just as a note, I have an address that isn't in the USPS system as we don't get mail delivered here, every landowner is issued a PO box for free. I often have trouble verifying my physical address on platforms, but in this case I am completely unable to purchase premium because if it, which is a bummer as my wife and I really enjoy Spotify.

Would you mind trying from a different device to see if that makes the difference? If your address doesn't autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find.


If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.
