March 24, I paid my friends subscription for 1 year in Spotify and we were able to received the confirmation email.,


come March 26, my friends Spotify turned red and is not premium anymore. How do you handle this case?


We've tried updating the app and it doesn't change a thing.

Hello, I also should have six more months of a Premium subscription which I redeemed from prepaid cards, but my Premium account just got cut off a couple of days ago too! So I would also appreciate any insight into this issue!


contact the chat support there., they were able to fix our issue same day. Hope that help.
